Shipping Policy

WAFRA CITY sells two different kinds of product, and they are delivered in two different ways. The delivery time shown at checkout applies to your order.

1. Local products (plants, palms, seedlings, fertilisers and locally stocked items)

These are supplied from within Kuwait. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery is within Kuwait only.

2. International (imported-to-order) products

Garden tools, irrigation equipment and accessories are imported to order from our overseas suppliers once you place your order. Estimated delivery is 21–45 days from order confirmation. These items are not held in stock in Kuwait.

3. Orders that contain both kinds of product

If your order contains both a local product and an imported-to-order product, your order will arrive in more than one package, on different dates. The local part typically arrives first, within 3–5 business days. The imported part follows within 21–45 days.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

5. Tracking

A tracking number becomes available after the parcel is dispatched, not at the moment of purchase. We email tracking details as soon as they exist.

6. Customs, duties and carrier delays

Imported orders pass through customs clearance. Clearance times, carrier handling and public holidays are outside our control and can extend the estimate above.

7. Delivery estimates are estimates

All timeframes on this page are good-faith estimates based on our suppliers and carriers. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

8. Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number before confirming. If a delivery fails because the address or contact number was incorrect, redelivery may incur an additional charge.
