Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the WAFRA CITY website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
WAFRA CITY operates this online store and sells garden, agricultural and landscaping products to customers in the State of Kuwait.
2. Products and descriptions
Photographs are illustrative; natural products such as plants vary in size, shape and colour between individual specimens. Where a product page states a specification supplied by a manufacturer or supplier, we present it as supplied and do not independently guarantee it.
3. Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). If a product is listed at a materially incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, the address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. Where we cancel, we refund you in full.
5. Availability
Imported-to-order items are ordered from our suppliers after you buy. If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, charges and split shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Payment
Payment is taken at the time the order is placed, through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
9. Use of the site
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or extracting its content for commercial reuse without our permission.
10. Intellectual property
The WAFRA CITY name, logo and original site content belong to us. Product images and specifications supplied by manufacturers or suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Liability
We are responsible for supplying the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for how a product is subsequently installed, used or maintained, nor for plant decline resulting from care, placement or climate after delivery. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
