Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in Kuwait. Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order is confirmed and payment is captured.

Delivery charge

Delivery within Kuwait is free. Any applicable delivery charge for other available destinations is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery address

Please provide the governorate, area, block, street, building or house number, and a mobile number where you can be reached. An incomplete or inaccurate address may delay or prevent delivery.

Delivery and tracking

WAFRA CITY or the assigned delivery provider may contact you before delivery. Tracking availability and detail may vary by shipment. Where tracking is available, we will provide the details to the customer.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately as they become ready. You may receive a separate update for each shipment, without an additional Kuwait delivery charge.

Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by delivery backlogs, weather, or public holidays. If a delay occurs, we will provide available updates and handle cancellation or refund requests in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
