Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of wafracity.com and any order you place through it. The website is operated by Al Wafra City Agricultural Services Co. (“WAFRA CITY”, “we”, “us”), Commercial Registration 456510, established in 2021, with its registered office at Sabah Al Ahmad Al Bahriya, Al Ahmadi Governorate, Block 0A1, Plot 000723, 2nd Floor, Commercial Office No. 5, Kuwait.

By placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you place an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe our products accurately, including their specifications, sizes and quantities. Product photographs are representative. Colours may vary between screens, and plants and other living goods vary naturally between individual specimens.

Where a specification is provided by a manufacturer, we present it accurately. Where a figure has not been verified, we aim to identify it as unverified rather than estimate it.

Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer your choice of an agreed replacement or a full refund.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline an order if, for example, an item is unavailable, a material pricing or description error has occurred, we cannot deliver to the address provided, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If an order is declined after payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). The amount payable, including any delivery charge, is displayed at checkout before payment.

Payment is processed through our payment provider when the order is placed. WAFRA CITY does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding. You may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the State of Kuwait only. Delivery times, charges and procedures are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days. Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate shipments. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed maximum periods.

6. Returns, cancellation and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Use of plants, chemicals and equipment

Agricultural chemicals, fertilisers, powered equipment and sharp tools must be used according to their labels, instructions and applicable safety requirements, and kept away from children and animals.

Some plants may be harmful to people or animals if handled or consumed incorrectly. You are responsible for reviewing the available product information and using products safely, lawfully and for their intended purpose.

Guidance published on this website, including Knowledge Centre content, is general information for a Kuwaiti growing context. It is not a substitute for professional agronomic, horticultural, medical, veterinary or safety advice applicable to your circumstances.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use this website unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or systematically extract its content for unauthorised commercial reuse. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect the website, customers or WAFRA CITY.

10. Intellectual property

The WAFRA CITY name and logo, website design, and content created or lawfully used by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. They may not be copied or reused commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Events outside our control

Delivery or performance may be delayed by events outside our reasonable control, including delivery-network disruption or extreme weather. If this happens, we will contact the customer when practical, provide available updates, and handle cancellation or refund requests in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website when an order is placed applies to that order, subject to applicable law.
